The in-house scratch bakery at Rhino Lounge is the purview of Über-pastrychef Michele Lenhardt and assistant baker Eric Lein, who brings bakery offerings to a whole new level at the Rhino Lounge at Museum London. Have you had her signature Cronut yet? It’s a delicious combination between a croissant and a doughnut. It is only available on Thursdays and Saturdays. We have seen her customers line up in anticipation.
